Create Names Mode:

You can access this from the main menu.

The screen you will see looks similar to this:


You can customise the sex of your people by clicking on "Random", "Male" or "Female."

"New Person" will create an entirely new name, or you can just use "Change First Name" and "Change Last Name."

"Create Name List" will make up 20 random names for you to view!
Here is an example:

Press the "New List" button to get another 20 names.

Thats all there is to it! Simple! :)
